Clariti AI Studio
Fall Cohort  ·  Now Open

See where AI is working across the community development lifecycle—intake, plan review, inspections, code enforcement, and licensing.

Invite-only for local government teams

What is Clariti AI Studio?

Clariti AI Studio is an invite-only initiative for local government teams looking at AI across community development. Not a slide deck and not a pitch. A session on where AI is running in departments today, what it can change for staff and for citizens, and where it makes sense to start.

Work directly with subject matter experts to see how AI supports:

Intake and application completeness
Plan review and code compliance
Inspections
Code enforcement
Licensing and renewals
