Jeremy Bosch
General Manager, Mid-market
Jeremy brings 15 years of govtech experience to Clariti, with the last five focused on permitting and licensing technology. As General Manager, Mid-market, he oversees all departments that support Clariti’s mid-market customers and leads the company’s AI transformation efforts across products and internal teams.
Julia Richman
VP, Government Relations and Business Development
Julia is a nationally recognized civic innovation and govtech leader with deep experience driving digital transformation in government. A founding board member of the Colorado Smart Cities Alliance, she helped build a leading model for cross-sector collaboration. She has also served as Chief Innovation and Technology Officer for the City of Boulder and as Deputy CIO and COO for the Colorado Governor’s Office of Information Technology, leading major modernization and innovation efforts.

Aman leads Product & Design at Clariti, shaping how AI fits into community development workflows across permitting, plan review, inspections, and licensing. He brings deep experience building software for government teams and a focus on making complex processes simpler for the people who run them.
