Continuing the momentum of expansive company growth led by Co-CEOs Jake Dancyger, and Cyrus Symoom, Clariti is excited to formally announce 5 new additions to the leadership team. With excitement, we are proud to announce the appointment of Scott Neufeld as Vice President of Sales; Deneen Pyle Tercan as Senior Director of Solutions; Ani Achugbue as Senior Director of Product; Jeremy Bosch as Senior Director of Marketing; and Megan MacQuarrie as Director of People and Talent.
Bringing a wealth of industry expertise, the group possesses a deep knowledge of the needs and challenges facing governments today, and considerable experience fostering deep relationships with customers and prospective clients. With a combined 60+ years of government-technology experience, the group has an extensive track record building best-in-class govtech solutions, and collectively, have worked with thousands of governments across North America to solve challenges with technology.
New leadership joins Oliver Woolgar, VP Software Development and Engineering, and Co-CEO’s Jake, and Cyrus, in driving Clariti’s customer-centric approach. Working in close collaboration with our growing base of customers and partners, and with governments across North America, the team will work to empower governments to deliver exceptional citizen experiences. Our focus will remain on providing the government market with future-proof, feature-rich solutions, and in continual product development based on ever-evolving government needs.
Scott joined the Clariti team in January 2021, and brings over 15 years of experience as a sales and product leader serving the Govtech industry. What brought him to Clariti was the opportunity to play a part in solving the challenges faced by governments and citizens across North America with an industry-leading digital solution. Scott previously served as Director of Demand Generation at iCompass Technologies (acquired by Diligent Co.), and later, as Director of Product Management at Diligent Corporation. An expert in leading high growth teams of all sizes, he brings a data-first approach to engaging the marketplace and providing client value. With a wealth of govtech expertise, and by leveraging best practice tools and processes, Scott continually works to ensure processes are streamlined, and that our solutions provide the maximum value to our customers. As VP of Sales, he drives Clariti’s sales and growth strategies.
Deneen joined Clariti in December 2020, and brings over 20 years of experience working in the government space, with 15 years focused on implementing enterprise solutions for state and local governments. She joined Clariti for its customer-centric outlook, and the opportunity to continue working with state and local governments to solve their most challenging problems with technology. Deneen specializes in continuous improvement of people, processes, and technology; her priority is in ensuring customer success and solution adoption, and in finding ways for clients to go to market quicker. She brings a wealth of knowledge in implementing land management, licensing, and code enforcement solutions, and previously worked for large system integrators and govtech provider Accela. She has worked on projects including the State of New York's eLicensing implementation; licensing and case management implementation for various New York City government departments; and numerous enterprise licensing and permitting implementations for local governments across North America. As Senior Director of Solutions at Clariti, Deneen drives implementation support for our Partner community and customers.
Ani joined Clariti in May 2020, and has over 20 years of experience in product operations, development, and strategy across several industries. He joined the company for its vibrant culture, industry-leading product, and the opportunity to build-out and grow a world-class product and team. Ani offers expertise in product lifecycle management and overall process improvement, and brings over 12 years of experience building enterprise solutions for local governments. He has deep experience in building product management organizations from the ground up, and continually strives for process improvement. Previously, Ani served as Product Manager at Tyler Technologies, and as Senior Programming Analyst/Team Lead at Springbrook Software. As Senior Director of Product at Clariti, he leads the product team and has full oversight of product strategy.
Jeremy joined Clariti in October 2020, and brings over 8 years of experience as a marketing leader in the government technology space, in which time he led the development and execution of successful industry-leading growth strategies. What excited him most about joining Clariti was the opportunity to work closely with governments in a time of heightened demand for change, and to help them better serve their communities with technology. Jeremy’s previous experience includes as Director of Marketing Operations at Diligent Corporation, and prior to that, as Manager of Marketing Operations at iCompass Technologies and Host Compliance. At iCompass, he generated consistent year over year growth; and at Diligent, led the successful execution of campaigns across all channels, and the development of go-to market strategies for recently acquired companies. He brings expertise in building out data-driven marketing approaches, and overall marketing strategy in the government space. As Senior Director of Marketing at Clariti, Jeremy leads marketing strategy, and works closely with our customers to share their successes with the broader government market.
Megan joined Clariti in January 2021, with a background in operations and a passion for solving business problems through a people lens. Her decision to join the team was motivated by the opportunity to make a positive impact on citizens and government through technology, and her alignment with Clariti’s core values and mission -- to make thoughtful decisions about scaling the business while maintaining integrity in building both the product and team. She has worked with several growing tech startups, and continues to advise founders and executives on building high performing teams, and scaling their people strategy from employee 1 to 200+. Megan is deeply passionate about creating inclusive workplaces, and working to elevate the unique strengths across the organization by unlocking the potential of every member of the team. Leading the people and talent team, she will build out structured and repeatable recruitment and retention programs to ensure we have the right people in the right roles to hit organizational objectives. As Director of People and Talent, Megan will work as a strategic advisor to the business, and drive the people and talent vision of the company; building scalable, equitable, and data driven processes to ensure we are attracting top talent and championing growth within Clariti.
