Aman has over two decades of experience leading product and design teams at technology companies. His experience spans building and launching SaaS, API, B2B, B2C, and mobile solutions across MarTech, HealthTech, PropTech, and Enterprise IT markets. Aman excels in taking new products from 0 to 1, scaling businesses, and accelerating growth through market expansion and innovation. He has held product leadership positions at Unbounce, Marble, and Blueprint. At Clariti, Aman spearheads the company’s product and design strategy, focusing on expanding the capabilities of Clariti’s product suite and driving innovation to meet the evolving needs of the market.
Jim has over 20 years of experience in the regulatory domain (permitting, licensing, and enforcement/compliance). He previously served as the North American Vice President of one of the largest providers of licensing and enforcement solutions for regulatory agencies, and as a Senior Advisor and foundational leader for Deloitte’s Permitting, Licensing and Compliance market offering. His experience spans across hundreds of boards, agencies and departments. As Executive Vice President of Sales at Clariti, Jim leads the sales organization, working closely with partnerships and industry alliances, and will leverage his unique domain expertise to drive sales strategy.
Herman Chan has more than seven years of experience in cloud infrastructure, system architecture, software development and product management, most recently working at Influitive where he led the engineering, support and innovation teams. He has extensive experience defining and executing the technical vision, strategy and product roadmap for innovative companies, as well as ensuring system performance, reliability, and scalability of cloud-based platforms. At Clariti, Herman leads product engineering, focusing on expanding Clariti’s product capabilities and ensuring our technology best supports Clariti’s growing customer base.
John has over 17 years of broad financial management experience that includes strategic financial planning, M&A, business integrations, controllership, and corporate finance. He spent the last 12 years working in publicly traded companies, including as CFO of two companies in the health technology space, and began his career working in the audit practices at KPMG LLP and Ernst & Young. At Clariti, John oversees the company’s financial operations, drives fiscal discipline, and supports strategic growth initiatives.
Claytie has 15+ years of experience fostering customer-first cultures in the SaaS world by looking at every decision through the lens of the customer. Most recently, she led SAP’s Customer Experience business in North America, where she integrated and scaled three software acquisitions and advised some of the world's largest companies on their customer experience journey. Claytie has spent the majority of her career in Customer Experience, previously holding leadership roles across sales and delivery at Varicent, with a successful exit to IBM; Blueprint; and Botify. As Executive Vice President of Customer Experience at Clariti, Claytie leads Customer Success, Professional Services, and Technical Support.
